New they're about £120 each plus VAT from either reno or K-tec then you've got the powdercoating on top of that at say £160 Nowhere sells them 'cheap' as they're so sought after, best bet is to try and get some 2nd hand then refurb but the queue of people wanting them is always huge so good...

I'd say have a look on www.pistonheads.com in the classifieds as they're all private sellers there so on the whole prices are fairly realistic compared to autotrader where there's too many dealers trying to sell cars for make believe prices

A breaker will offer you probs £200 tops for a damaged valver Breaking it yourself you should get approx £1000 IMO for a standard ish car, more if it has uprated parts
