I share Freds concerns, someone needs to pop some male hormone pills!
Does everyone cable tie their exhausts then? I havent, it doesnt wobble around or anything, is it just going to drop off one day? :D

The balls in your court, with the lack of service history and you dont know long its been lying around. Go for a stupid offer, like £300 and go from there. Let them know theyre not the only option, even if they are ;)

Well all you need to know is freds is lowered well over 60mm and is ok with 17s, though he did a bit of arch tidying for the full 110mm!
I dont have 17s but 16s lowered 80mm and it can take 4 people in the back no problem, my wheels are ET38.5. You want wheels as close as ET37 as poss.

I got it fitted by Bambams mate as it was his exhaust, it was later refitted by k-tec as it was blowing a tad. Dont bother with the silenced, i think youll regret it, its fab going for a sunday blast with all the windows down and the pops and bangs bouncing off the surrounding buildings etc...
I remember when i got mine fitted, before it sooted up it sounded amazing, so loud! I had some show off in a Boxster S come into the same petrol garage on the way home revving his engine as he came to a standstill, he looked very impressed with himself as most people turned their heads! After i...
Just realised its smaller than the first! Ill upload it..

Both working ok?

Rolly, its on a 1.216v. You can get the same exhaust for a 172 from k-tec though.
I have uploaded it again for the benefit of David: http://www.black-stallion.co.uk/Pictures.mpgclick
I also have a video of me accelerating from a standstill which sounds quite good but its a bigger file.

In my case its the bulbs blowing..could something be supplying too much power to the bulb? What happened to me is one bulb would go, then the other side, then the other side etc..
I had to change 4, thought it was because the 50% better bulbs were too much for the electrics but at the moment i have one OE one from Halfords and some blue uprated one and theyve been fine for the last few months..! Weird! Wish i knew something about electrics to work it out
Sorry, not sure where i got £900 from..lol. Its still a lot though! Yep theyre 35mm-80mm adjustable.
Handling is much more improved, its far more neutral, really have to push for understeer in mine.
Connor have you got any close up pics of both of your arch gaps? Wouldnt mine working out how...
I think i paid £50 for fitting, i spent extra money on setting it up. But youll need tracking done, an extra £20. All in youd be looking at over £900.. But its the best mod ever, really, so good. If you live near me id be happy to give a demo!

Im not the one to ask, never had them! But if you can beg borrow and steal for coilovers, get them! Id say 60mm you might get away with it, guess you can find out!
