Well..at the end of the day you could get the same size as the front wheel but wider..so having a taller wheel isnt neccessary ?? I thought it must be because of tyre restrictions. For example the Lotus Esprit has a an 18x11 inch rear wheel and a 17x8.5 front wheel..maybe you cant get tyres...

The V6 Mk2 gets optional polished Super Ts..a bit bigger than the Mk1 V6s too? Not too much of a difference..but i wouldnt want a modded V6 anyway.. -Rob
