Finally, someone not seeing through the rose tinted goggles provided by the autocar brake test. The brakes do overheat and die on the 172..majorly, found out at brands and wasnt impressed.

What wheels do you have? Im on 16s and at -80mm my splitter broke and my exhaust fell off. Even at 65-70mm i still have problems. Just remember if youre going to be a bit extreme you have to prepared for side effects!

You can get cheapo casting which gives the neg feedback about drilled discs. You really would need high temps to start cracking but obviously drilling in holes makes it weaker. The Clio isnt a heavyweight though so id say it would be pretty much impossible to crack the discs. Generally drilled...
Go with the pros..one problem is that the plastic will have to be primered well as well as the painting. Save up a couple of hundred so its done properly, you wouldnt want it fading or peeling after a year. Its just false economy.

Yeah i had Bosch Blue bulbs which looked like Xenons..alternatively you may of seen a base model in that similar colour with Xenons as theyre optional, get down the opticians in that case ;)

Nice one, i was led to believe they were reluctant to give payouts but my dad got two wheels and tyres replaced without any fuss. He didnt even need photos of the road.
