i asume uve checked the cluster isnt leaking at all? mine was on my mk1 and thats why mine kept blowing.....

i dont get what clunks? i mean yeah the re-circulate thing "clunks" when it closes but nothing with aircon?

i dont have a clunk........ but the air con still works just takes a while to come through (well 15 secs or so)

how much can you get them for?

and it takes renault like 4 hours apparently to fix it?

my 1.6 does about that doing 100 - we need a 6 gear gearbox! its annoying cos doing 60-75odd will do loads more mpg but its sooooooooooo slow and boring

well as std the dynamiques have 185 55 584.5 a decent set of 17s would have 205 40 595.8 and a set of 16s could be..... 195 45 581.9or 205 45 590.9 1st = width (mm) - 2nd = aspect ratio (%) - 3rd = diameter (mm)

i got my 1.6 brand new from a reanult dealer for £8856.53 - mind u that was a mistake by the renault dealer as their price guide was misprinted so should be more £8900ish.........

what about the new dci100? they r worryingly quick from my position (1.6 16v) with a 0-60 listed as 10.6 and still got mpg of 65 and then more torque......... looks good on paper

the full lock is bad enough as std without loosing any!!!

is the arrangement anything like the mk1s? where it reaches up over?

id go for the quieter version if i was u......... the loud version my old mk1 1.2 8v was feck off loud!!!! (too loud for lil old me) i shall be getting the quiet version on my 1.6

well i had 1 on my mk1 clio - didnt fit particually great tho only bad points for me were - exhaust note above 70 odd is deafening & the fit good points - beaut note around town and at lower speeds - looked good - lasted well (didnt have any probs with it and it still looks pretty good -...

seem alright! mate had 1 on his volvo 440 which was twin 3" or so either side looked and sounded good but was rather pricey as the more exstravagant the tailpipe the more it costs obv but dont worry the guys there will be able to sort u out with what u want and how u want it to look/sound

54 bah! ive had 57 outta my 1.6 on a run from Bath to Glastonbury! does loadsa MPG when u hold it steady at 30s or 40s

well my 1.6 16v clio was £8856.53 from a normal renault dealer..... so normal warrenty and stuff dunno about 1.2/1.4 tho sorry but just to give you a idea
