The current 172 silver is way nicer than the old titanium, its got a really smart bluye tint to it.

Rob it wont go to 350 with just a chip (thats hybrid turbo time). It will goto about 210-220 with a Chip depending on RON rating etc of chip. It will be fast but I cant see it beating a "good" 172 with a competent driver, will be very close in a straight line.

Just had a look at my Cup wheels and I have noticed on every hole that they have fitted locking wheel nuts to has scratches round the rim of the hole and the lacquer is starting to come off them all, on that part of the wheel. My pals 172 runs 15.8 1/4 mile @86 mph same place Teady runs 15.1 @ 93 i run 14.8. He also said he raced his pals 106 GTi and it kept up with him now if a Gti raced a good 172 it should get mullered so id take it back to Renault and get them to flash the ECU with the most upto date settings etc...
