if you are using cached exchanged mode, it will work better i would imagine, in the bottom right hand corner does it say online, offline, connected, disconnected, trying to connect?

tau had artillery platforms who could dig into the ground if i remeber correctly and the resourced poitns had defence on them , they were good if you knew how to use them..

i tried it, it's rubbish to be honest, the reason they didn't implement it in an add on, was because the engine couldn't support the number of units that it would need. the best one are the demonhunters, really proffesional mod that one. if your havingproblems with DoW then forget supreme...

it might if i t can handle dawn of war. you should think about getting tiberium war mate, it's awesome and will run on your spec too. i believe a load of mod packs came out for the 1st expansion pack. you could get demon hunters and tyranids and eldar harlequinns and stuff but no new missions...
