nice spec. should do everything really well. may aswell try the 64 bit version if it's not already built. personally i can't be assed i've setup my vista 32bit and there is nothing that doesn't work. whole network running stable with files shares all working etc. can't be bothered formatting to...
i can't say i'm having any problems running games in vista 32bit.
run crysis, c&c tiberium war, COD4, WoW all fine. i have 4 gig of ram too so it's annoying for that...but you know, i'll get over it.
was thinkng about 64bit vista, but what a pain in the ass rebuidling the b**ch!
i don't think the war is over quite yet, but yeh the p**n thing is likely to make quite an impact.
no point in BD yet anyway, can't get the matrix for it, pff ;]

yeh but unfortunately the non pci one is without optical in and out. i know they're good i've got a couple of xi-fis at home.

Guys i have an xbox360 with optical out which iwant to connect to the following.
I currently have a mediacentre pc connected to the tele with a creative xi-fi audio card in it which hooks up to 5.1 surround sound via 3.5m audio plugs. There is no optical in.
I'm willing to buy a new sound...

even if you did update it....you could still restore it to a previous version all this iphone bricking is just a load of bs and only happened if yuor messing around with the baseband and do something stupid, which in most cases is still repairable.
exactly, competition is exactly what the CPU world needs. I hope Athlon do bring out something good, i've heard their server CPUs are actually better than the intel equivalents. Sames goes for ATi and Nvidia, we need the competition to keep technology developing quickly..
