Right, had a bit of free time and the weather was ok. Wheel came off, checked the ARB, Wishbone, Ball Joint all fine. The driveshift/CV is the cause for sure. When you twist it in your hand you can replicate the clunk, sounds like its coming from inside the CV boot, which had split so tried my...
I think that price is reasonable, I'd buy them lol! :o

Curtis off here has a Billabong. Sure that is classed as a lower spec compared to a Dynamique.
Cant get higher than Dynamique, unless its an Initale, which was only a 1.6 16v.
Cant imagine so, as it doesn't clunk over 20mph.
As for shaking the car, I'm turning the wheel while it has some play, at the same point each time (left hand down) it clunks exactly the same each time. No matter how slow or fast you move it to the same position.
DCi 100s are rare to come by and usually come in pauper spec etc. Have a look over on cliodci.net for tuning guides and mapping figures from 65/80's.
IIRC an 80 can get circa 110bhp after a map, injectors and a better FMIC.
an 100 can see 120bhp after a map and has a better torque curve, very...
Yep, I'm waiting for a day off when its not pissing it down. I fitted them once, reassembled them and re-fitted them again. Everything is secure and torque'd accordingly, Just not been aligned and set up correctly as I want to find this clunk first or I'll have to do it again if its ball joint etc.
He's a trader mate. He'll order them as and when, I doubt he'll discount you as much as you want

Yep, I've advised on this. I was a bit cautions as the service history shows the belts been done, then as said the dephaser done 1/2k after it on its own. My impression (from fred and other specialists) was that if the dephaser is changed the belts need changing at the same time, No matter when...
On my Trophy I've just had the shocks refurbished by BG Motorsport. After I put them back on noticed a clunking noise which could only be heard when driving at low speeds (over bumps) and turning. Also I can sit on the drive with the wheels centre aligned with the engine off and wiggle the wheel...

I know of the above who will be coming. Is it 100% £10per person? I'm sure its was £10per tent last year?
Revels; Silver wheels are better and I've advised this but lacks cup suspension and he's not sure if he'd go down the coilover route. Think he'd be happy with sportlines on the cup suspension, which is why I personally advised that not having the suspension pack is rubbish. Like you said though...
