Yeah went for a spin in the g40 which is pretty epic for a 1.3 supercharged car ;)
Ah, looked very much like some vette wheels I've seen.
Apparently has been turbo'd to some description. Was expecting to see the mazda today! assume you were working.
Some amateur photos taken at today's manc:union meet.

Yeah, Jesus said he was going down with the NE lot on saturday for an night out as well. Gauging interest how many from the NW are thinking of going and if they are going saturday/sunday morning. If not many people are interested then I'll no doubt join the NE lot.
I knew there was something...
Sorry, French Car Show.
LeMans: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?552349-LeMans-2011-Team-Tour...-We-ride-fast-We-ride-light-...-losers-assemble.&highlight=lemans
How many people from the NW are thinking of going to FCS this year. From my understanding it looks a lot of people are going to LeMans.
Be good to get a convoy down/possibly meet up with another area on the way down IE scotland lot or NE lot.
Lol, they've got around then.
Yeah alignment, camber. You may need spacers for f1's I've heard people having to use them before. Pretty sure with the rokkors you dont need camber bolts either.
I need my alignment and camber sorting again anyway.
I bought my sportlines for about £120 sold them 2 years later for £80. They have gone up in price now though. Still make your money back with just about everything you buy tbh.
Just thrown this together:
High-Sport : Zinc Plated, non-adjustable damping.
Konig-Sport: Koni dampers, front damping adjustable, not rear
Silverline: Fixed Damping pre-set by FK. Polised Zinc Plated
Silverline X: Koni dampers, full adjustablity, Polised Zinc Plated
Only rough, taken from...
taken from the vmaxx group by as more confirmation : Renault Clio Mk2 1.2 16v / 1.4 8v - 52mm bolt spacing on front strut
However I have a ph3 1.2 16v and has 58mm bolt spacing, I believe because its the face lift version.
Yeah, I'd maybe just say don't hold out for adjustable damping. I have got these http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pages/products/product_info.mhtml?product=555578403 and as you can see they are not cheap new. I found them on ebay going cheap, as they were used. Still more expensive used then new...
TBH, I don't care much. People always complain and go "f**k its bumpy in here" but they don't come from modified car's scence. They are impressed by the drop and cornering though. I cant comment much on them though, because mine have fully adjustable damping. I have them set up fairly soft for...
Perfect Iceberg IMO.
Howcome you chose RS2's? Im in need of 2 new ones for the front, but im stuck between V12's, RS2's and PE2's. From my understanding the RS's are more track based, yes?
Might consider coming to this just to meet a few of the chester lot before next saturday. However there's a manc:union meet on 1-4 and im suppose to be cleaning the winter grime of my dads car.
Ive done the sportlines > FK's change and can say FK's are much better and more fun as you can adjust them as much as you like. Same as the rokkors, Its a 1.2 at the end of the day so its gonna be for show mainly and not so much go, So you'd wont the best drop and not really be bothered about...
Im trying to decided if I want to travel down on the saturday and stay at corby or travel sunday.
Most of the NW lot are going LeMans by the looks of things, so no convys :(
