Yep it's the air circulation fan I believe, cheap to replace. In fact I think there's an upgrade available now to replace the fan as faults are common. Speak to Renault.

My accelerator pedal is very worn, I think that could be an issue as the raised bobbles are now virtually smooth. Might get Renault to take a look on Friday.

Yeah, check for a trapped wire etc. Have you had anything done to the car recently? Changed any bulbs, had lights out etc etc...? Check the rear numberplate light also, common to corrode.

My guess is it's still insured as a 1.2 Dynamique, correct?

Water ingress, have you checked anything as per your previous threads? Is the passenger side sidelight out too?

There is a section on the V5 for changing the details I believe, but before I did that I think I'd give DVLA a ring to confirm first. As for insurance group a 182 is 16 I believe and a Trophy is 17. As yours is a 182 conversion with further modifications I suspect it will be higher, maybe 20...

I really hope this isn't a forsale thread! ;) But in all seriousness any advice I could give is pretty much outlined in the previous posts. As a 1.2 2003 Dynamique it's probably worth somewhere around £3000 - £3500 mark. As a 182 conversion it's probably worth less to be honest as people...

Slim, but they are infact illegal in the broad sense of the word as they take your cars emissions above the government guidelines. Also check with your insurance as alot of companies insist that the car is in a roadworthy condition to be fully comp. Fitting a decat can, in their eyes, deem it...
