Yeah I did mine March this year. I took all the forms down which they then kept. 7 days later I received docs back via Royal Snail and I then sent my tax disc off as a new one was enclosed.
I think the counter transfer has ceased.
A remap @ 17!? :eek: Not trying to be pessimistic but I think it's a little unrealistic. At 17 I was happy to be simply able to afford to insure my £300 1.3 Mk3 Escort! That was 10 years ago, car was completely standard and it was £1300 tpft! :eek:

Failing that I think if you remove the fuse (as long as you know the code) then replace the fuse shouldn't it auto-eject?
Apologies then, I have always (well the last 5 years anyway) been lead to believe all non-rs's are et37. The guide that was up on here that I remember reading is nolonger available so I can't go back and check :dapprove:
The point is I had xenons on mine, and the washer jets made them look 'legal'. Can you imagine an MOT tester actually checking for auto-levelling because i can't?
