Cup suspension is different but the only way is to measure. Cup'd 182's sit about 5mm lower than an un-Cup'd one.
The strut bolt holes are different too, 58mm (I think) for un-Cup'd and 60mm for Cup'd.
Gumby is correct, you need 8mm taking off the wheels. As for f0xy's car (Jordan), his isn't a 182 so it's irrelevant that ET36 fits his as his standard ET is 37! lol!

What I did! Except it only works if you owe less than the car's value! Many people can get stuck in a negative equity scenario meaning this option isn't available.

I'm not saying they fitt poorly Russ, just looks like something's amiss with how that one is fitted to the car.
Maybe, as I said, some wiring is trapped behind.
