Looking at it again i do like it, but the proportions arent quite correct, looks like they have kept the same width as the base models and so looks a bit tall. What chassis does the Ibiza have, is it the new golf one or something?
They worked out any performance figures? Do you know how much they weigh cos 190bhp could make it 0-60 in 6.5 easily which is faster than the leon cupra r..which wouldnt make sense to have overlapping models
Unlucky mate. I have had some close calls myself, i havent been driving on the road long but ive noticed how much grip (or lack of) some roads have over an other, which has made me more cautious with a very understeery car.
Hope you get it all sorted quickly, and remember at least you didnt...
Leigh, Bob RTE - I appreciate your keeness to defend yourselves but personally i dont agree. The difference between renault and say, VW is that they are willing to make it a personal service, to go the extra mile. With renault they make it all too obvious that all they want is your money.

Well we can make a fuss which will probably make us feel better but ultimately cant see anything happening other than an apology. Changes will only happen when theres a lack of sales.
I didnt think renault were even in the states at all? Youre right though, that has to be the main reason why there are lack of modified Renaults, but if it aint broke, dont fix it.
Im also a complete illiterate.
What would be useful is if everyone who has had a problem with renault aftercare post it here. We can enclose these individual comments with an overview letter. It might shake them up a bit if they have say 50 letters. Ill start:

When my dad took his DB7 for a service it had 50mls added on! After the dealer made an investigation one of the valeters admitted to taking the car for his wifes annivesary meal overnight! He was subsequently sacked. Make sure you note down your mileage!
As it kind of suggests on that link, some squeaking is always going to be there when you have fast cars because of the type of pads they use, thats why touring cars make a really noisy squeal when they come to a halt.
I had it at the r-tec meet a couple of weeks back (mines not a 172 though). When in the multi storey on full lock (also whilst going right) there was a clunking noise. Im yet to take it back to my dealers. Are the shocks the solution then?

My mum had black and white plates on her golf and just got a verbal warning. I dont think the feds are as nice to blokes though lets face it.
I will be getting an illegally sized front numberplate but keep the typeface and rear plate standard. Ill also keep the correct front plate on the dash!
I prefer the RSS kahns, theres so many RSR fakes that id just get a cheaper variant. Theyre also a corsa favourite
A couple of lads say theyre on a tight budget, why dont you be patient and save up for some nicer wheels!
