the adjustors are simple and the bumper doesn't need to come fully off. There is a bolt securing the headlight at the bottom just behind the bumper, but if you release the bumper at each end you can access this bolt from the fron of the car. I fitted my xenons without the bumper coming off.
Just check it hasn't vibrated loose first. But to test it I would say listen for it clicking as you press and relaese the hazard button. There are other ways to test it but that would depend on your auto-electrical knowledge ;)
wheels are a good place to start. My set of 4 cost me £400~ with tyres, I then added a fifth (spare) at a cost of about £80, all second hand but mint condition. If you fit the alloys you will need to lower it otherwise you'll be driving a tractor believe me! ;)
The wheels from Renault are £100+...
sorry no idea on weight, i know mine is heavy but that's no use ;) as for changing them, i'm sure there's a guide on here how to do it. Have a dig about.
