GR- Thats whats magnatec is, ive just looked it up, its actually castrol magnatec. The first 10 mins is where you get all the wear problems, it says magnatec is 60% better than everyone else when it comes to reducing wear.

Im always playing around with it, the distance remaining in tank is very useful, i can tell you its accurate down to the last mile as well!!

Yeah you get the torsion bar adjusted, the problem being some are seized so are very difficult to change! Im not sure if you can get uprated ones, because you can only lower it, not stiffen it. You basically can lower it by as many notches as you want, i think one notch is equal to roughly 20mm?

The problem with the diablos is that they look quite small, as the spokes dont reach the outside of the rim, so really theyd look an inch smaller than they are. You could get some kahn rims, either the rsr or rss in 16inch and theyd look like 17s. I dont know much about the valvers other than...
