lowering the rear or a mk1 clio

can u adjust the torsion bar or sumat on th bak to lower the rear of the car or do u use spring i dunno

if torsion bar how much can u lower it by??

Yeah you get the torsion bar adjusted, the problem being some are seized so are very difficult to change! Im not sure if you can get uprated ones, because you can only lower it, not stiffen it. You basically can lower it by as many notches as you want, i think one notch is equal to roughly 20mm?
