as has been mentioned, the problems shouldn't be too bad. I added 5mm spacers to the rear just to stop the inner arch liner rubbing. I now have no probs at all on 205/45/R16's and I'm down 60mm.
not sure on the color of them, but as for primer use a grey plastic/flexible primer. Then your chosen colour followed by plenty of clear laquer
see here for mine
middo is correct, i've done both many times and am yet to cause any damage.
Although the rear 'diamond' is a pain cos it's linked to the boot lock/push button thingie that has to be removed also.
couple of bigger pics, changed since those tho as I have today fitted my correctly colour coded door bump strips :approve: handles will be fitted ASAP, got them sat under bed at mo :o
No mate not yet had a heck of a weekend! :o Will be doing them asap tho! :approve:
Cheers Mark mate, gotta keep up the non-black clio side hey ;) :rasp:
agreed, but the boot light doesn't illuminate when the car is unlocked as far as i'm aware? It only has one +ve feed whereas the interior courtesy light has 2 +ve feeds at it.
i wouldn't like to start looking for the interior courtesy light cables in and amongst the wiring loom in the engine...
possibly sales, but doubt the parts/service will be. Headlight washers are about £7 from dealer but they will want £££ for replacement as it's a bumper off job mate.
if you read it again... I purchased the car in October 2005 and have covered 12,000 miles in the car without any faults whatsoever
it doesn't actually say 30K in 6 months anywhere in the ad. Not that bad a car from what I can tell??
:S
surely handbrake shouldn't have failed whether or not gear was engaged...still under warranty? £20k + for a car with dodgy handbrake, I'd be kicking up a stink with renault UK.
Oh and hope it all gets sorted ASAP mate, that's shite luck :dapprove:
