rear ones slide forwards towards the door opening. Same way as the fronts except in reverse. They dont pull off, they slide mate.

yes it can be removed, ive just sold one mate. Remove the 2 screws at the top just under the boot lid and remove the plate light. Then its just brute force, they are clipped in placed but nothing more.

we sure its an RS?? Im not having a pop or anything mate but it looks like a conversion! That front bumper doesnt have the fogs or the h/light washers and iirc didnt the RS models not have a door lock on the drivers side?? I may well be wrong tho...! lol!
