they are on a little white sticker in your service book, its the 4 digit, look and you should be able to find it, whats the 4 digits i see there 0451 ?, mines in my service book, and a mates is to in his.

mate try looking in your renault service book/s i found mine and a mates also, its on a little white sticker you should see a few rows of numbers and stuff, 'but' you should see a 4 digit code and that'll be it. hope that helps.
