Yeah ive done that before, started stripping the clio in a pub carpark lol. For big jobs I like being at the parents where all my/my dads tools are. I need to rent a garage near where I live really, more money though :P
Oh and yes this is on the list. But I cant do it until I've worked out how to get the seat lower and further back. If I raise my feet as it is now my knees will be hitting the wheel.

Ah thats promising then. I drive it once a week and about 6 track days a year (hopefully) so isnt used much. I want to keep it in the engine bay so ill have to sort out a way of disconnecting it after ive locked the car. Maybe just leave the bonnet unlocked (ill have aero catches soon anyway)...

Haha, well cadwell is a 6 hour round trip for me. It was ok with standard seats and cup suspension but ive got a bucket seat now and soon to get stiff coilovers...thats not gona be a comfortable drive.
