Spoke to RUK regarding this problem but they claim it is not a known issue with the model as not enough people have had the problem. If you have had it please post below.....(this is the one where the temp reading fluctuates and causes stuttering/stalling/flooding) Thanks

For some reason the automatic tyre inflators at the garage dont kick in with the 182. You know the ones where you set the pressure and just put it on and it blows until the required pressure. Stood there for a few moments letting the tyre down and had to limp to the next garage and it worked...

What I find even more disturbing is that its modified and in his mothers name. Good luck when the loss adjustor knocks on the door.

You need to wait and see. The insurance company will want to examine the car after taking notes from you on what happened - especially if they decide to dispute the other driver's claims.

Its not up for Police to decide who is at fault in this case. The only Officer's who could say who was at fault would be specifically trained accident investigation teams and I dont want to shatter any illusions but IMHO there is not a snowballs chance in hell they would've turned out for this...
