Pulled the bumper and replaced the leaky headlamp washer, then gave the 182 a bath, wiped down the interior and waxed it up.

yesterday I adjusted the rear exhaust mounts to center it up and went to the dealer to order a new headlamp washer to replace my leaking one.

You probably wont find much performance increase from the cat, its already a 200 cell sports cat from the factory.

Should be August 3rd. Ill clean up the 182 and bring it this time

If you are replacing the valves, is it not necessary to re-do the valve seats on the head at the same time?

Mine has been more reliable than the Audi A3 1.8T I owned. Biggest issue I have had was a leaking PS pump.

To correct my statement, It is the B6 S4 with the timing change issues, the B5 has the 4 year/40k interval on the belt (and overheating turbo's)

Tightened up all the bolts/clamps on the exhaust, no more blowing mid-section now! And later on I might go ahead and paint up the fuel rail cover and that metal brace by the battery and ECU box, those are looking ratty.

I have apex springs on cup dampers, but am getting ready to ditch them for a pro-kit or even standard cup springs (if I can find them for a decent price) as the ride is a bit too harsh for daily driving on the local B roads

I paid 2900 a month and a half ago for almost the exact same except black, both cup packs and a 55 plate, so if from a dealer its probably ballpark, use the MOT coming up due as a bargaining chip, I got mine with MOT until March of 2016.

Just swapped a Fabia VRS for a 182 down in Newton Abbot, reg is WR55 LFZ, has cliosport decal on rear window along with a CS14 Saturday decal! Have not been able to drive it much yet (besides the 2 hour drive home) but am liking it so far!
