Second thoughts, if I use the original ecu power feed then the immob keys ect will all work with the tdi ecu once I've had the immob from the ecu deleted
Pd 130 lump with a polo 5 speed sport tdi box. Should sit at 3k rpm at around 90mph.
And custom shafts so I can use the Clio DCI hubs ( or 172 wide track conversion ) but have a bolted cup on the other end for the tdi box
Guess I can just get rid of the Imob if I'm smart enough to make a...
Cheers mate, ain't in no rush , just getting the looms sorted before ripping my DCI apart to do the conversion.
would rather it be a weeks worth of fun rather than a month of headaches and no car
Hello all, anyone have a wiring diagram for a Clio mk2 ph2 1.5 DCI or know where to get one?
need it for my upcoming 1.9tdi PD conversion.
I have the wiring diagram for the pd engine loom and all other parts in the bay, ( as well as diagnostics wiring from the pd loom )
but i need the...
Or the meggy 1.9 with the dti fuel system.
Only thing is, it's going to be fun management wise down to the pump and injectors. Four port pump I think?
Possibility but not going to look into that yet. Old ph1 dti engines are actually hard to get hold of
why the hell I've called it an f9r I don't know lol.
But it where's the fun in dropping in the 1.6 engine... I actually don't want to give up on the 1.5 yet
The 1.6 F9R ( Nissan already use it or similar version) is ment to be beaded up and 16v
I did ask Adam at Renault Wolverhampton if parts are interchangeable but we don't know yet.
Would be nice to use a 16v head aslong as the water/oil and head bolt hols all match. Plus it should be a chain...
Worth a shot, will have a look into that. Merc dealer up the road from me aswell
btw designed a bracket for the jag pump, just need to make it and make sure it clears other parts. ( need to find my old bottom )
if it does clear and pulleys line up straight and true, I will get the lads down...
The seimens pump is a possibility depending on how hard it is to make it work with the rest of the dci system.
Bolting is defo the same as the Delphi pump bolting on the 1.5's. Haven't looked into what Nissan use on their 1.5/1.6dci
Oh thought you ment there another sensor on the pump for position lol.
Never noticed a sensor in my engine mount, saying that it was while back since I've had the side of the engine
Which ones that then mate, the bigger fucker is meter valve , green is temp so guessing the other is the possition sensor?
tuturr could do, best find out if we can
coding will have to be done either at a renault specialist with cLip computer or a very good diagnostics machine that can code the c2i codes for injectors.
price wise is dependant on he rate the garage charges.
true, thats why theres loads knocking about spares or repairs. its not because they are unreliable, just down to wear and tear, abused servicing intervals or crap fuel.
anyway back on track....
forgot to say , get a new cambelt kit fitted with the pump ( if you go down this route ) , shoud...
in the mark of £400 for a set of injectors ( new ) then coding ontop of that
pump is either recon ( fitted a few without problems ) £260+ postage.
or new from renault/nissan about £500 odd or less. cant remember the proper price.
keep the cars original ecu ( your car ) and it will work with the keys, uch and the lot.
peice of piss to swap an engine on these.
and yes the injectors will work with the original ecu' without recoding IF you DONT change the order of the injectors.
ie injector one is gearbox side. so keep...
Hopefully mill the the Clio cam wheel to fit the Mondeo pump.
As for the bearing, in sure I could modify it to run an enclosed bearing ( which thinking of it is going to be a ballache.
I really need need another talk with bob and see if we can size up the pistons in the dci pump. And all...
I'm going to see if I can make a bracket for the 2.0 pump like yours to fit the dci mounting points.
Hopefully in turn the cam wheel fits so it all works.
Its Gita be doable as that lad mentioned the 130 pump on that dci ( which is the 125hp 2.0 dura torque pump

can we find out what spec they are from the part ID?
look the same but i want to know what nozzle pattern and rate of flow they have.
