i'll see if i can access the ' other ' commands in the delphi unit, will be good to know when i eventually retro fitt it.
bit of news, bob has found a suiteable nozzle, altho its only 6 point, it works BUT pre injection ( to make the engine quiet so it doesnt sound like an old DTurbo )

probably silly little things that the clip can do like coding UCH's. were as i dont think the delphi can code uch's. havent tried and i dont want to wreck mine as it works lol

My mate has the cloned Delphi one at his garage with flight recorder and Bluetooth.
Can an pritty much go through all the cars systems and test them. Shows allot of info aswell like rail pressure on crank, and running. Boost pressure ect. Can code...

delphi diagnostic tool. can do pritty much everything, has TICTIC( test of all systems and actuators, pumps ect )
has a mapping reading/writing tool with it too, not cheap but its easy to use. seen it on a few pug HDI's fueling and boost adjustment is farely fool proof.

Going to look at a few cars this week so the test subject can be started with all this trial and erro.
Also had a new diagnostics and ecu re-write software kit come with it, so I can adjust the fueling and boost enough to get it over to a proper dyno for mapping
Changed my battery on the dci today, washed it ( the outside not the engine )
and took it on a run, now the temp sensor won't go to half way (optimum temp) it just bobs around the digit under half.
Whats the fault?
Still working on the pumps. He's got them both and messing with them ( in his own time to keep costs down ) so basically evenings he's doing them.
What ever injectors we look at, in still worried on the injector plug location. Don't fancy cutting wires to the plugs lol
Nope it's just what was fitted to the 100 model. My dci 80 has a full radiator sized IC from factory.
the 100 IC can handle more than enough , stock boost on them is 1.5bar ~
only been pushed to 130hp from memory. So dunno it's full potential.
I did a guide to removing the dci decat.
drivers side drive shaft out. all cat bolts off and drop through the arch.
you'll need a custom pipe made as its all funny angles and the cat kneck is very restrictive.

surely the stock boost of the 100? AFAIK the 80 pov spec turbo is only around 1bar at most
not got allot done today,to much work for playing with the dci :(
it helps with boost. specially with a decat. lag time on launch ( pull off ) doesnt lag, it just spools and go's as the egr cant activate (Sp )

not to hand, its like a mist layer of something on the laquer ( like someone has sprayed QD and let it dry in the sun) . cant feel it by hand, clay bay doesnt pick it up.
had to wet flat a scratch out on the door, couldnt even take all the flatting marks back out, and ive only used 2000 grit...
I have only put 3 small pea sized blobs on the pad and worked it properly. doesn't even touch it, I can still see all the marks.

somes had 1.6 hdi nozzles fitted ( with allot of hassle being as the nozzles are bosch and the injector is Delphi )

i dont have any fault lights at all lol. just disconnected it. unless thats to do with mine being an early dci 80.
