Any thoughs on this? (type that have the spring rear and not coilover rears). Looking for a reliable coilover set up for between 600-800 quid. I use KWV3s on my road car but dont want to fork out £1k+ for another set up.

Im changing the expansion tank in the next few days and want to know what type coolant to use. Car is 2002 172 cup Is it a G14 type coolant? (life time use).

My clio 172 is on ITB, the crank case breather pipe is open (it has a make shift catch can at the moment). But Im looking at fitting a 2ltr catch can. It has to have the type that has the level visible on the side. So main question how do you fit it, most if seen have 3 pipes going into the can...

Did a search, it threw up a few queries but not a definite answer. I have the Recaro Pole position with side mounts, sliding frame and floor mounts for an Audi A4. The seats and side mounts (and im guessing sliders are universal) however Recaro do not stock a floor mount for the ph2 172. So...
