best thing to do is get a garage to look at it see whats wrong,then if its not to bad source all the parts second hand and get a garage to do it as a cash jobby
its setting coilovers as low as possible that gives the harsh ride if your on smooth tarmac race tracks all the time its alright but when your on bumpy B roads theres no re-bound
