Only just started to use them, but tac systems moonlight & one step master sealant are both claimed to last longer than reload. Initial use they don't seem to have the smearing that neat reload can sometimes have on dark colours. Not quite as simple as spray on wipe off but still easy. Initial...
As a wax, waxaddict quartz. Simple enough to use, but durable it very good, beats or equals most of my durable waxes. And the beading is almost as good as a zymol wax and remains long after most give up.
As for sealants maybe look at something from wolfs chemicals or polished angel
I typically use carpro reload either neat or diluted like a QD finish over coated cars. Occassionally sonax polymer net shield. Doesn't really add to the gloss but it just keeps the beading always super tight
Have you ordered already? I know it's a little more but crystal serum light is just so easy to apply and remove. Made applying EXO easier as well.
I'm now torn with the idea of selling a lot of my gear and going down the route of CSL and EXO. Recently tried this combo on a set of refurbed...
It is very good but a lot of people use far more than they need to. A light mist and thorough pressure rinsing to spread and remove is all that is needed. I recently used it on an old land rover discovery and horse trailer. Used a little under 100ml to treat both
A friend uses it once every 4...
My thoughts for beginners trying machine polishing have quickly changed to try carpro essence with either the orange or white carpro gloss it pads
When you're comfortable with the machine and technique you can then add carpro fixer polishing compound for that extra cut over essence
Quite a bit cheaper for the set

The white pad and gloss it pad feel and look quite similar but they don't have the firm blue base foam.
New snow foam lance,
generic mild clay
Chemical guys Eco wash and slick finish AIO
Tac systems moonlight one step master sealants.
Un-named finishing and polishing pads looking and feeling very similar to the carpro white and orange dognut type pads
My local b&q sell a Kent drying towel similar to those found in asda if you're wanting something you can buy in store.
Polished bliss is free delivery if a towel is all you're after

The autofinesse aqua deluxe and PB...
Machine polishing will remove the hydr02 unless you're using the softest of combos. Saying that using essence with a mild polishing pad may even remove it.
It's recommended not to get essence wet after application so follow up with reload would be preferred Hydr02 which needs to be applied to...
My car is parked next to a load of trees every day. Provided it's well protected the sap comes off with a general pre wash/ snow foam and normal wash every 2 weeks.
The main thing is to make sure your protection is maintained then give it a good long soak before you come to wash it.
If you're...
Beading looks pretty decent. I've seen the turtle wax ice spray wax is pretty good at beading and sheeting as a top up product
The problem with those type of brands they're either easy enough to use but only last a month, or are very hardy but that is then reflected in how much of a pain they...
Is that the 1200? What's it go like compared to your 798 monster?
A friend is trying to book the S1000 R for a test ride. He's in the MET so gets a nice discount on a new BMW bike
New bike? Have you got rid of the monster?
My street triple is currently stripped as I clean everything up and coat it with either carpro DLUX or gtechniq EXO. Some parts both
I've mainly used essence with the carpro gloss it pad and it leaves so so much gloss. It's great. So easy to use and finishes off easily.
Certainly a product I'd recommend to someone just learning how to use a machine polisher.
@Scrooge Have you had a chance to really test it's correction...
No this was my first use of it. Seemed to foam up on and cleaned alright but the car wasn't overly dirty after a pressure rinse prior to snow foaming. The car had been sat near a tree for some time and covered in plent of sap spots but well waxed and it removed all these prior to washing...
Meguiars ultimate liquid wax is very easy to use, looks good but doesn't last very long. Collinites 845 lasts very well but isn't the nicest to use.
Menzerna power lock and zaino z2/z5 are always good choices. Chemical guys 109 is a little old but still used a lot
Then maybe try and option...
There's the megs ultimate quick detailer is a good product as is Meguiars ultimate quik wax adds good gloss and a little protection. Nice and easy to use.
Sonax brilliant shine detailer gives lots of protection and is more a spray sealant than a traditional QD. Doesn't really add all that much...
A little offer with done and dusted QD and slick mick shampoo would be nice.
Satsuma rock, bouncers 22 and capture the rapture are the only really bouncers waxes that have really impressed me over a generic wax but I've got too many waxes as it is.
Don't know anyone in that area, but first try and thorough clean and vacuum, followed by one of the air con odour eliminator bombs from the likes of bilt hamber/ meguiars / dakota

At £4/5 a brush yeah they're expensive in comparison to the envy type brushes, but since having them I haven't used my envy or valet pro brushes.
It's a bit like wheel woolies, £35/40 for a set of wheel brushes so always went for the EZ detail brush. Considering they're only £10/15 each I got...
Although I don't personally choose to buy autobrite, the autobrite dbs detailing brushes are very good
