I think everythings been convered in here, however I would say I don't really rate the Sonus polishes, they worked ok on matts 182 but he found the Menz Intensive polish to be much better.

LOL @ the 10minute bumps. Thats definatly the later 1.2 16v and according to the KTEC site the green cotton panels only go up to the 2004 change over. Best off pming Michael172 as his is an 05 plate and he's definatly running a panel filter.
