Are you sure you haven't been running wheels with Spiggot rings that have got stuck on the hubs when you removed the old wheels?

Looks clean, but then with 19k miles on the clock it should, must be one of the lowest milers on the forum.

Where did you get your Coil pack mount from? Had a look round your bay at FCS and the mount looks much better than the one I run with.

I have a pair of Bimarco Futuras in mine, great seats, very supportive, comfortable and great on long drives (done a couple of 400mile stints without back ache)

Will be a simple job for someone with a tape measure and a welder. Should just be able to cut your old pipe down and weld the flange back on.

You will need to make up a link pipe, the 172 pipe won't fit.
