Nope, it will take you maybe 20mins to take it all to bits. Then, I don't know, 2hrs in the dishwasher, dry it then reassemble in 20 mins?
If you don't fancy that. I scour pad with a bowl of hot soapy water and something like Cif spray would help budge most I would think. I have just done this...
I bought them off of a chap from here. They were rebuilt 2k ago and the rears were new last year. I paid £650 including all top mounts.

I have only driven around 100 miles on my setup so far. Spec is: Trophy Dampers, Sportlines, AST topmounts, polybushed front end, and all new ball joints and track rod ends.
You notice immediately that this setup is pretty stiff over standard. I would say a fair bit of ride comfort has gone...
I can't push half as hard with the T1R's as I could with my old PE2's! They squeel like crazy and let go quicker. I really want to run some semi slicks on 15's for summer and in case I do some track work and PS3's for winter etc.
