He bought most of my old tungy grey GTT off me a couple of years ago to build that rwd monster, it was mechanically mint but the shell was terminally rusty so I stripped it and Scoff had loads of the parts, so it lives...
I come from Nelson, on the M65 to jct 6, off there and head to Brownhills, then up past the rugby club, down to Preston New Road, turn right and to Samlesbury, then the opposite at night.
Some cars do take a loooong time to run in though, my mates mk1 172 was pretty lame until it had about 50k miles on the clock then all of a sudden it was a rocket ship!?
He sold it a few months ago with over 100k on the clock and it was a flying machine...
