The best tyres I have ever had were Bridgestone S-02s but sadly they are like rocking horse sh!t these days and not available in many sizes.
Got Goodyear Eagle F1s on currently and they are pretty damn good, lasting well too, highly recommended.

I fcuking loved that car...
I never had a problem without the ABS on my Cup, theyre damn fine brakes and you can stop quickly & in control without locking them up. Obviosly if you just jump on the pedal in the wet it will lock up, but you dont do that!
I got a good deal on the new Road Angel and also wanted something more "plug n play" that I could easily move from car to car (we have 3) so a self contained unit like the RA was the best for me. I also considered the Snooper S4
Only for the GPS based systems like the S3, S4 & S6 as you get updates of all the camera sites downloaded into your unit. If you dont subscribe you dont get updates, the unit still works but there will be new camera sites your unit doesnt know about.
The normal Snooper radar detectors dont...
You can get the GPS based S3 Neo for less than you wanna spend, dont bother with a normal Snooper radar detector.
Or, look on eBay youll get a Classic Road Angel for that money.
I looked at one of these before I got my Road Angel 2, very nice bit of kit, loads & loads of features, more a GPS tool then just a camera detector.
The Micro RoadPilot is also smart.
The Clio did look unsettled though, the Civic was more composed.
I honestly (having owned both) would have expected the same close time, but with the Clio being the one marginally in front and a tight, twisty circuit like Angelsey!
Spotted it this afternoon, was either a 182 Cup or a 182 Sport with the Cup packs, going round the roundabouts at Reedyford then headed off up into Nelson.
Anyone here?
