Well, System Restores won't get rid of files etc.. so it'll still be on your comp, just not in the registry etc..
Why not use a proper spyware remover?
In Linux? Yea, I would.. I've heard it does an AWESOME job at stopping viruses.. at least, I've never had a virus with it installed, anyway ;) :rasp:

The reason Windows only needs one partition is because it uses an absolute rubbish approach to swapping - pagefile.sys, wtf.
/ and swap are the minimum really.. and most Linux installers now do this automatically.. as in "let it do the defaults".

Mine is too.. but in this case, I think the Vodafone changes are big advantage - they've also changed the buttons on the front - I have a phone up and phone down button.. they aren't there on an "plain" k800i..

They're configurable manually the hubs.
Maybe you're getting confused with the other BT ADSL modems.. they are configurable only by BT, but the Home/Business Hub's aren't.

Exactly. Any Easynet connection I've ever installed/used for people is absolutly solid as a rock. Extremely good - probably why it's so expensive through Easynet.
Can't see Sky being any different seeing as they own them..
