Hhhmm I don't know if ill be attending now, the fact that the track time is £35 a time(instead of £20 what it usually is) and fcs show is now their I don't see much point in going. I might but ill decide closer to the time.
These are another option http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?678162-Hub-Spacers-2nd-Batch&highlight=Spacers
Ed the chap selling them isn't allowed to advertise on here no more without becoming a trader but I think he was going to sell them on eBay, may be worth a pm.
Depends what you want really, if you want a loud purposeful exhaust then you want the yozza, if you want a suttle exhaust with a nice tone over std then you want a milltek.
Personally I'd have a yozza.
Milltek's have a bad rep for cracking, but they have better looking tips than the yozzas IMO.
My Ktr top mounts creak from time to time when turning at low speeds, a spray of lubricant like wd40 on the bearing stops this. If that's what's causing it.
I've had a weird screeching sort of noise from on the rear coilovers, located the noise to be coming from the gaitor rubbing on the shaft, I put a bit of red grease on the shaft and it stopped it.
Double fail on my part then lol.
I suppose it comes down to what coilovers you've got really, I saw on here someone with 60mm hubs bought some 54mm Spax coilovers and drilled new holes to allow 60 mills with no problems.
If you did do this you would have to get 172 drive shafts aswell iirc.
If a set does come up that you want in non cup fittment you could drilling a new hole to allow your bolt hole spacing.
Nice little read that. That 200 looks lovely.
As for tyres 197's std tyre size is 215/45 17 but can't remember for the life of me what 200's are. They might be the same lol.
Yeah that's all he's done, it is proper heavy on the steering lol. He let me have a go around brands a few months ago and the feed back through the wheel was brilliant, very confident inspiring but too heavy when manuvering for my liking. Difference is his is a full stripped out track car toy...
Ah I see, we'll maybe my mate didn't do it like that, I know he put grease in the rack before sealing it but not sure how thorough he done it, maybe his is alot harder than yours.
I've got the Spax track day coilovers and I think their great but saying that I've only used Ktr coilovers and std suspension so my opinion isn't worth much lol.
I went for Spax over b14 as their was alot of horror stories going round at the time about knocking issues with the b14/h&rs (same...
My mates done this an crispy has aswell. Very good feel through the wheel when on track and up to speed but seriously heavy when trying to do manuvers. People often choose to use the 1.2/dci manual rack to help make the steering a little lighter.
Cambelts are alot easier on the 197's so should be cheaper than 1*2's
tyres will be slightly more but not alot.
brakes will be abit more too.
Fuel will be the biggest difference you notice, 1*2's are really good on fuel.
197's are insurance group 15 and 182's are 16 so insurance might be...
