What are the laws regarding cropping the plates in from the end? Is there a certain gap that there needs to be between the edge of the plate and the letters?

How much would enough paint and laquer cost to do 4 wheels, from somewhere like halfrauds? And do you just spray the front of the wheels and between spokes etc, leaving the inside as is?

LOL, matt and gloss are complete opposites! They'll be gloss I think, matt are dull/have no shine to them.
