Brought another set of wheels and need spigot rings. Now I know the size 73.1-60.1 but there are several on eBay ranging from £5-12 will there be any difference. Did try halfords but the said they dont do them separately
Right maybe a stupid question but do all aftermarket wheels use a set centre bore size which is then adapted using digit rings. For example will aftermarket alloys on a vauxhall fit a Clio with different spigot rings

As above I need to get the geo set up on my car. I have looked and found ats do a laser alignment, but every other place just do manual alignment. My question is will in need to get it laser aligned and are there any places in Berkshire that people recommend?

I know it will vary from place to place, but how much roughly does it cost to have a 172 engine rebuilt? just to standard spec and would having the engine out make a big difference in the price?
Quick question, how does the standard top air feed come off? I tried pulling it but did want to break it. Btw I mean the one that goes in the side of the air box.

I am about to get a cat back system and de-cat for my 172, which is standard apart from an air filter and RS tuner remap.
due to fitting the decat, will i need a dyno remap or will the standard RS tuner remap be ok?
As title says my car has started misfiring/ hesitating around 2.5-3 rpm. However it will do it for a week the be fine for a while then come back.
It has been suggested that a CTS may be a fault as the MPG is also bad. Is the any way of checking this I.e resistance reading?

While picking up the top drivers side engine mount off another member at the weekend he mentioned that they can be modified in a vice to squeeze the sides in to touch the rubber stops. Is there a thread on this as I don't want to do it wrong and mess up the mount, even though it did...
