when i turn the steering wheel when stationary i get a knock
it happens when you turn it either way
anyone have any idea's what it could be(common weak points) as i'm s**t with the mechanical side of cars
mate i had someone complain about my music
he was about 20 yds from car (which has a good bit of dynamat xtreme) and the best thing was it was only my front comps running from the head unit.
best thing to do is just turn it down for the tw*ts and sorry (begrudgingly{sp})

just know the roughly size of the connectors the size of phono plugs just little things like that
for a start have you checked your voltage at the batt??
what size fuse you got on your power cable?? also the negative cable you have got looks alot thinner than the positive
yeah i think most decent speakers can handle most types of music
this is how my 9815 is in the car don't stick out that much
if you give a budget people will be able to pick out the goods

i'd get a new head unit as the oem one is just crap
i'd recommend a alpine but there are others out there
don't try it for gods sake you'll end up operating an internal fuse or even melting the fucker.
750VA 110v site transformer(the one 182_blue posted) is what is needed
i wouldn't pull much more than about 50A down 10mm2
which about 420wRMS output for class ab (normal amps) OR
525wRMS output for a class d (monoblock amps)
yeah i've been pulled before for having tints
they checked it all and said that they let through 37% vlt but never actually given anything formal to take them off:S
