it is plastic with a carbon fibre effect they give a very nice sound but i dont think i gained any power from it which is why the viper is £250

at a guess!!! i would say that the yellow and grey ones are the right ones with the yellow being the +ve

is it two plugs??? if can you unplug it will that give you more of a clue

most meters that are capable measuring AC current and voltage do so and give you the RMS figure you would probably have to get a clamp meter to measure it

you could measure it buy playing a pure tone through it measure the voltage and current output then P = VI

do you know what the the wires are at the hu?? cos you could just test them with a multimeter on continuity
