16 volts is this with the engine off???
the fuse in the back of the hu would only blow if there was an internal fault (could be to do with the 16volts?? )
now it seems strange that everything got hot:confused:
have you tried it with out the blue one connected??
get a multi meter and put it on continuity and check between the case of the hu and the wires going in
i need to find out my engine and chassis numbers for my insurance
i cant find my slip thing 2with them on
so could someone tell me where to find them on my car??(2002 1.6)
thanks dink
wide or narrow bass width??? do you mean the db/oct slope of the LPF ???
the other settings are the freq that the LPF starts to cut off the rest of th Hzs
far from it!!! the way people blow subs is by turning the amp up to loud and sending into clipping (dc is no good for speakers)
also putting more strain on your amp which could also go tits up in the process
when you match up the rms figures try and make so that the amp will put out more power than the sub is rated at
this way you can turn the amp down and still get full power into the sub
yeah ive got 1 "decent" sub in there at the mo and a better one under my bed doing f**k all
i put the stats for both subs into bass box pro and they are completely different output charatirstics(sp?):@
is this a good/bad idea???
ive seen loads of installs that mave more than one sub but they allways use the same brand of sub, but i thought this was just for looks???
its just i dont want to buy another sub as ive got one that im not using already and really starting to like the idea of...
so what you are saying is that i should buy better bulbs
so these would be the best bulbs to replace the oem ones with
