When the mk2 172 came out the mk1 172 prices took a drop, when the 182 cam out the 172 prices took a drop.
Its progression at the end of the day. The 197 replaces the 182. I think you'll see a value decrease for sure. Its always the way.
LOL as quickly as it threw a wobbly it seems to have calmed down again... just kept saying "Your Exchange server is unavailable" but when I logged onto the server all the services are running.

LOL mate - it looks quite simply as this.
Thats the caliper wrapped around the pad carrier. As the pads have worn down the caliper has got closer and closer to the pad carrier - making it seem as though they were together.
Now you've fitted new pads the gap has re-emerged.
