Have passengered a few 172 and of course had a 172 cup. I then coilovered my 172. Since then I've driven a 182 cup pack a few times. Basically the 182 is slightly better handling than the 172 (non cup), but a coilovered 172 is better than the 182. :)

Not being funny but have you called your Renault dealer. Xenons are alot mroe reliable than normal bulbs and depending on age/mileage you might get it done under warranty.

I'd stick with phase 1. I don't think the phase 2 lights suit that colour clio.

V6 spoiler also needs the V6 tailgate struts too mate, and you'll need a stumpy aerial or the spoiler catches it... (i think anyway) :)
