Whatever format wins downloading films will probably be the future. Hes probably just pissed that Transformers is on HD-DVD and he'll make less cash. Dreamworks were signed up to HD-DVD a long time before this film came out, maybe he should have checked that before agreeing to direct it.
Not really sure how its over complicating? As I read the situation management want to centralise control of backups for this office because the staff there aren't putting a tape in. Just gave an option that will work across slow links and is scalable.
Because backing up complete files when only a small portion of the data has changed is inefficient. For example if a user has a Outlook personal folder of 2GB, you wouldn't want to be pulling 2GB across the wire if the file had only grown by a 2KB change. Using volume bitmaps you can tell what...
Look at a product that will do block level backups, you can easily back 15 PC's over the WAN like that.
Data Protection Manager will allow end user recovery, block level backups, long term tape and short term disk backups of XP and above.
Depends on how much your budget is really...
Whats this folder going to be used for? If the pupils aren't editing the data in there and only use it for reference there are easier more controllable methods . LINKD, mapped drive.
Have you been playing with group policy? You can prevent it from running under:
User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Conponents -> Windows Sidebar
Group Policy Editor can be run from GPEDIT.MSC
No way (IMO) you'll find one without alloy marks, the tyres offer no protection and no matter how hard i tried after 20000 miles I caught the back wheel on a car park kerb. As Dan says just get them refurbed.
Moving a file to a different partition effectively creates a new file (same as a copy and delete of original file) on the target which will inherit permissions of the parent folder.
Moving on the same partition simply redirects the file pointer retaining the original permissions.

That project has been going on for ages now and is still only a preview. The fact that some of the API's don't exist in XP suggests they've patched them.
If it were present it should be showing there. You may have had the disk previously partitioned into two. Sounds like the repair people wiped it. Nice of them..
Actually this should answer your questions, to deactivate these driver aids:
Speed Limiter:
1. Switch off completely via the main switch
2. Press the 'O' on the O/R steering wheel control
3. Fully depress the accelarator pedal to press the switch
Cruise Control:
1. Switch off...
Are you familar with how a speed limiter functions? You still have to depress the accelarator to move the car. When you hit the desired speed you do not accelarte anymore. If you take your foot off, it slows, if you brake it slows. However if you needed to accelarate above your limited speed you...
I don't think he does as he mentioned over-riding with a slight touch on the accelarator.
Actually this kind of speed limiter does exist in all cars, its called a foot...
Right let me clear this up, there are two functions on 1 switch
Cruise Control - Shows green on the dash when activated, speed can be increased/decreased with +/- on the sterring wheel. This is overriden by touching the pedals or switch off via switch or 0 on sterring wheel.
Speed Limiter...
Its got nothing to do with cruise control. No you haven't pissed me off, I just can't believe people don't read responses fully. I've clarified it below.
