ITB's are nice just cant justify the outlay just yet and figured cams would be a nice stepping stone in the mean time.
I want to the car mapped because it drives poorly when cold and there is the normal Sub 4k "grunt" to unlock, and figured if its to be mapped might aswell lash some cams in at...
Who here has had them fitted and mapped, and what were your results please? I've not found a definitive thread about these cams yet.
I know theres a chap with a black 182, but im sure there are a few more of your out there? Seriously considering a set of these cams. WOuld like to see some graphs
Fuel rail guard.
YOu need a 13mm socket, small extension bar and a ratchet to tighten it up. There are 2 nuts (even though there are 3 holes), ooh err.
actually thinking about it they might be 10mm, i can't remember, but its one of the two.
Sounds like the timing has somehow slipped and bent some valves, but no outright belt snap. Wouldnt be a HGF in my opinion.
Had the belts been replaced recently?
Didnt get an ATW printout from Ktec, but Andy said it did 155WHP after the run.

Mine self destructed at 7500rpm on the limiter with 421 cams. I wont build another F4 cams without uprated valves now (probably won't do it again anyway).
Not pretty and very expensive lol
Haha i repaired a snapped cambelt K4M meganne (shitty old thing it was).
Didn't use a crank pin or a pulley locking tool, only had the horshoe tool available. She ran a beauty ;)
But anyway as above its only the crank pin that has any significat difference in function.
