Im a little late with this one, this project has been going on for a while but today most of the work happened so ill just paste over what has happened.

THey will have just set the ratio wrong, from an innacruate tacho. Happened to me.
My car made peak power at 7950rpm aparently, when the red line on the ECU was set to 8000rpm, yet according to there print out it revved to 8500rpm! mmmm no.
caution i used the string method and measured it perfectly, id go for a belt at least 1cm over what you actually measaure, as mine came too small for wahtever reason.

Catcam 428's for a good idle, they are a bit tame though.
Engine Dynamics / Shcrick / C&B, for more performance, but at the sacrifice of a slightly lumpier idle (why do so many people actually care about a lumpy idle??)

When i did a lot of wiring on my car i wasnt very good at soldering, i did a lot of it with Heatseal Connectors, they are better made than bullets, and you seal the ends by heating with a lighter, so there is no "slopiness" when tugging. a reasonable sollution...
