what are the best springs to fit on my 53plate 172 cup....? im dead happy with the handling and ride but know itl look so much tighter bout 40mm closer to th tarmac!!! what do people recommend. in the past i have bought Gmax shocks an springs (pretty gash imo) and Spax springs (just ok...) but...

Gave both motors a coat of Megs NxtGen and sealed with P21S...not too shabby!

want to get a set of alloys for track use and saw these on the k-tec site....spose to be super lightweight and look pretty spesh - speedlines would be 1st choice but they js toooooo much money! as you can see photoshop is not a program i have....lol! anyway wot do people think?????

what size is the sump plug on a 172 cup (square bit) think its either 8 or 11mm (3/8")????

what is the PCD and offset of the turinis (standard allys) on a 172 cup?? thinkin about gettin a spare set of 16"s for track use etc. just not sure on exact dimensions....

About 2 weeks after buying my motor 1 of the lambda sensors failed on the Cat so went and got a new one (£100) now there is a real annoyin rattle coming from the exhaust (sounds near the Cat) that is only heard round 900rpm or 2200rpm.... took it to garage an they reckon something fallen into...

been hearing quite a bit about the clay cleaning products available eg. DT Concours Super Clay - has any1 tryed this stuff? how do you use it, and how often should you do it? been using Mer wax for years and always been pleased with the end result but thinkin of giving the clay a go...

had my 172 cup for bout 2 months and havnt seen 1 in my area!!!! where is everybody???!!!!
