will prob take upto say 160bhp or more mate. you can get an uprated 5 turbo clutch for like 60 quid from gsf to take up to 200bhp. cheap as chips and fits too.

Cheers for that people. Rob Deez who bought my car had his mate check it out and he reckoned it wasnt a williams engine. sayin that cos the 16v manifold didnt fit on the 2 litre. I know it did as it was fitted before my own eyes. Think the geezer should read up about clios a bit more ;)...

back to the point tho hehe, it def fits cos i know it did on mine hehe

think 16v manifold is better for low down torque. willaims better top end/

You lot worry too much! If you have a decat and it fails the emissions just fit the cat and get it tested. no big deal hehe

Well My 93 16v went through 2 mots without one ;) so ur wrong hehe. my 94 EVO will go through too without one. Seriously though, my mate is an mot tester and he said that some pass without them. so kick out more emissions with a cat because if the cars never booted the cat gets built up...

In my experience. I used to have a lot of annoying problems with my 1.8 lump. idle problems etc, used to be kinda intermittant. and bits kept going wrong. nothin really major but usually awkward and expensive. stuck the williams engine and box in and its been absolutely spot on for the last 6...
