hehe, would have said the same myself. it is easy cos when i got the old engine out of mine i had to split the box while someone waited for my engine and i did it in about 15 minutes. never done it before either hehe.

Probably not worth it mate. Depends on how the engine was before you got it. Its only a half hour job changing it when the engines out anyway. £15 for new head bolts and a new gaskets about £18 i think. but if u wanna do the whole lot its about £40 i think. Up to tou mate, a head gaskets...

Seems quite a lot of money to me. But then again they aint easy to come by. I fitted the williams gearbox and am glad i did. feels like a shorter shift than the valver one too. BTW INteriors worth £250 ish if its mint. seats will fit cos i had some willy 3 seats in my phase 1 for a bit.

you noticed how the bonnet bolts on a valver always look worn to f**k. cos the bonnet has to come off for like every little job hehe
