Might be able to get a good deal if 2 cars are done at once. If same colour also it would probably be cheaper.
My cars 449 sports blue and Ive had a price of £450 to spray the outside of the car in same colour. Is £100 ish...
Ram airs b****cks anyway mate. unless u r doing more than 150mph. will only give you about 3bhp at that speed. nothin at all.
cold air would be better yeah. but wont make that much difference. unless its a scortchin day.

i drove mine for ages like that. just changed it. inside the hub it was caked up with dirt. mine used to get worse on motorway if i was veering in one direction. mine was rear drivers side

i used to have loads of trouble with mine when i had 17s. one of the pipes started leakin so had to replace that, could be the pumps buggered too.

changed the rear disk and wheel bearing today. sorted that out and everything seems to be ok.
only problem is now my abs wont seem to work. the lights on and when tested it the brakes locked up/.

it is easy cos when i got the old engine out of mine i had to split the box while someone waited for my engine and i did it in about 15 minutes. never done it before either hehe.

Depends on how the engine was before you got it. Its only a half hour job changing it when the engines out anyway.
£15 for new head bolts and a new gaskets about £18 i think. but if u wanna do the whole lot its about £40 i think.

Seems quite a lot of money to me. But then again they aint easy to come by.
I fitted the williams gearbox and am glad i did. feels like a shorter shift than the valver one too.
BTW INteriors worth £250 ish if its mint. seats will fit cos i had some willy 3 seats in my phase 1 for a bit.

Williams ALL came in blue. 1 and 2 in sports blue and 3 in monaco blue. end of story!
Tell your mate hes full of sh*t and it was a 16v not a williams.
Willy 3s were probably one of the worst.
Lot of the late 16vs and williams seemed to have a problem with excessive corrosion on the rear arches. at the front part of the arch. The older ones seem to resist it a little better.
