New DT Motorsport catalogue - much better than the lax power one they make - has a new OMP rollcage, 3 section Grp N OMP exhaust (not for road use I might add - back pressure is different so they advice a remap - oh really!) reace seats, Grp N filters and motosport filters (already ordered mine)...
We have a Renault Sport badge on our super 1600 16V - whos gonna argue with that ?- and no it isnt a 172 copy BTW - Renault sport prepare the super 1600 rally cars with 1.6 litre engines tuned to 220BHP - thats what were planning to do - remember its Renault Sport and then clio the company not...

No tom I dont even mean fitting a cone filter within an airbox - may as well get a BMC or viper then - I mean the existing airbox and a grp N element completely sealed with a clear sealant and lined with a metal coating on the inside and out - therefore reflecting heat away on the outside and...
no - only engine, suspension, mechanical things should affect your warranty - cosmetic changes shouldnt - ie clear side repeaters, silver vision bulbs, bees ting aerials, rear light clusters etc
Why the feck would you want to do anything to the bodywork - ur just devaluing it - I for one like the 2.0 16V badges and the cup badges - the obnly thing Ive done is to tremove the clio badge and fit a Cup 172 badge like the ones on the door pilars instead - nice!
Dash lights went - blown fuses or wiring - went to get it fixed and they charged me coz it was the lexus lights I fitted that blew or shorted the ciricuit - I knew that! So be warned with any other problems your warranties are as they say in show business - over!
I gyarantee a grp N replacement element with 2 layers in the original airbox lined with alumiium otr titanium -=- ie u spray on a metal coating to the plastic and into the air feed will give as much increase in power as a viper or BMC...............who wants to prove me wrong ................Im...
what are u all on about - the side repeaters on the front wings are orange - our dealers has just got another batch in and they are orange - u have to change them to clear............
Listen, you dont have to wait for these upgrades - there goona be OMP or sparco anyway - they arent gonna develop new seats, roll cage, filters, brakes suspension just for the cup - they already exist for the cup rac series which started 2 years ago now - stop whining and come down to earth...
I have one and its pushing 137Bhp at the Fly - my fiancee uses it day to day and I can say that I have to have my wits about when shes taking of in front of me - 0-60 in 8 dead - she can get all the power down wheras I just wheel spin , but its adios when 90s reached!
BTW it has a full V6 kit...
No, second hand scooby or ecvo - thats the obvious next step up from a cup 6.5 secs to sixty down to 4.8ish! Partexchnage for the 1600 16v is all I can stretch too!
It has to be practical for everyday use - the Fiancee will take the cup as her car so I want something quicker and bigger - the obvious move is therefore a bishi or scooby.
This sounds like its gonna be good - specifically for renaults - cups, 172s, new V6 ....wow .......190 for members not bad at Oulton Park - £310 at Brands Hatch
Any track anywhere in the world driven in reverse is a totally different track unless it is exactly the same in reverse (impossible unless your on a champ car oval circuit - boring) Think Gran Turismo for a mo - they provide all the 20 tracks in rverse as well - now they arent the same as going...
Probably change the 1600 in a year or two - can a second hand one of any of these three cars be had in that timeframe for a a good deal with part exchange? How much are you looking for a second hand type R civic or FRP now?
Can this be fitted to a cup - and any cup owners out there - ar you having serious difficulty getting a good launch - I find first gear pointless - you simply cant floor it for wheelspin and second gear you have to accelerate gently which obviously cuts down your sprints and therefore bad times...
