Uh !! They run the same engine/gearbox IIRC. The Mk1 is slightly lighter than the Mk2 thats what might make the 0.1 difference.

Tony did this on the misses old Megane, it is 2 screws and a connector and thats it, BTW the fog light for the Megane was only £40 ish and that was a genuine renault one that had a clear glass front like the 172.

I would only expect £300 on a v6 not a 1.2 the 172 is only around £160.

Got to be the Houcs Pocus Focus. Nothing against the V6 but get the focus chipped and you are looking at serious power. I have been informed 165mph and 300 bhp is no problem for it.

Nope it uses GPS to pin point the speed cameras but there should be I unit that you can bolt on for radar detection which I was told was gonna be another £100.

Yepp they use them on the VW engines that go into skodas as well, they are always fcuking up so people replace then with non oem ones.
